We aim to deliver your order within 2–6 working days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and the shipping address.

• Delivery time: 2–6 working days.
• Dispatch: Orders placed before 5:00 PM are dispatched the same day; later orders go the next business day.
• Shipping areas: Europe, the EU and worldwide. We do not ship to Russia, China, Belarus or Singapore.
• Shipping costs (EUR; equivalent in SEK/DKK/NOK at checkout): EU €9.95 (under €100), €7.95 (€100–200), free over €200. Non-EU Europe €12.95 / €9.95 / free over €200. Rest of world flat €22.95.
• Carriers: DHL, UPS, DPD, PostNord and Correos.
• Tracking: All shipments are fully tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
• Pick-up point: You can choose delivery to a pick-up point at checkout, where offered by the carrier.

If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. Delivery times may be longer during periods of high demand, such as holidays. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact [email protected] and we will help.
