Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you (or a third party you name, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods (for a multi-item order, the day the last item is received). To exercise it, inform us by a clear statement — by email to [email protected] or using the model withdrawal form below.

Return conditions

• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
• Report your withdrawal within 14 days of receipt; return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
• You cannot withdraw simply by refusing delivery without giving clear notice.

Condition of the item

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You may test the item as you would in a shop, but must not put it into actual use; otherwise only a partial refund (or none) may apply.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: custom-made or clearly personalised goods; sealed goods unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed; goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly; and digital content not on a physical medium where performance began with your prior express consent.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except extra costs from choosing a non-standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or proof of return. Any depreciation for which you are liable will be deducted.

Right of complaint (2-year warranty)

Separate from the right of withdrawal, a 2-year right of complaint applies under Swedish law for defects in material or workmanship. Contact [email protected]; we will arrange repair, replacement, refund or price reduction, and cover reasonable return shipping for valid claims.
