Prices
All prices are stated in EUR, SEK, DKK or NOK (depending on your selected store and currency) and include local VAT and taxes where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. All orders are subject to availability and items being in stock. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
Payment
BahaNordic AB accepts the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard. The payment will only be debited from your account once the order is dispatched. All amounts are charged in the currency shown at checkout (EUR, SEK, DKK or NOK). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders for items that are out of stock or discontinued.
Delivery
BahaNordic AB aims to dispatch orders placed before 5:00 PM on the same day; orders placed after this time are sent the following business day.
- Shipping areas: We ship across Europe, the EU and worldwide.
- Excluded areas: We do not deliver to Russia, China, Belarus or Singapore.
- Shipping rates (EUR; equivalent shown at checkout): EU €9.95 under €100, €7.95 on €100–200, free over €200. Non-EU Europe €12.95 / €9.95 / free over €200. Rest of world flat €22.95.
- Carriers: DHL, UPS, DPD, PostNord or Correos.
- Tracking: All shipments are fully tracked; a tracking link is provided by email once your order is dispatched.
- Pick-up point: Delivery to a pick-up point is available where offered by the carrier; choose it at checkout.
- Estimated delivery: Typically within 2–6 working days after ordering.
Right of complaint (warranty)
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling or misuse. You must notify us of the defect within a reasonable time after discovering it, by email to [email protected]. BahaNordic AB will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent for valid claims. Right of withdrawal (returns)
We offer a 14-day full right of return. The period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
- You must bear the direct costs of returning the items.
- Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 days after receipt, by email to [email protected].
- After notification, you must return the shipment within 14 days.
- You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice.
Excluded from withdrawal: custom-made or personalised goods; sealed goods unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed; goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly; digital content not on a physical medium where performance began with your prior express consent.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You may test the item as you would in a shop, but must not put it into actual use; otherwise it is considered used and only a partial refund (or none) may apply.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or documentation of the return. Any depreciation for which you are liable will be deducted.
Governing law and complaints
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your EU/EEA country of residence. For any complaint, contact [email protected].
